Strategies for international cooperation under deepening of regional economic integration

Previous and Current Research

The methodology of national and international marketing research for Ukrainian companies in the EU market and European companies in Ukrainian market strategies are explored. In particular, the studies of Ukrainian companies’ strategies on the EU market of solid biofuels were conducted in the course of scientific exploration.
The investigation of forms, features and mechanisms of international economic cross-border cooperation with EU are conducted under the research.
The effects of free trade zone formation within Ukraine and the EU are being explored; peculiarities of the Eastern Partnership Program are analyzed. The experience of international innovation clusters formation in Central and Eastern Europe were studied and the recommendations for international innovation clusters formation are working out for Ukraine.
Peculiarities of international trade cooperation development in goods and services, mechanisms and forms of international investment cooperation in the context of deepening regional economic integration are being investigated. The mechanisms and strategies for joint ventures development and foreign investment promotion of Ukrainian companies with counterparts from the EU are being analyzed. The perspectives and priority directions for scientific and technical cooperation between Ukraine and the EU are being explored.

Future Projects and Goals

The research for developing strategies of international cooperation under deepening regional economic integration will focus on the following key elements:

  • Methodological approaches to the development of economic strategies of international cooperation in the context of deepening trade integration and sectoral cooperation with the EU.
  • Mechanisms of international cooperation strategies implementation in the international economy at various levels of the economic system.
  • Recommendations for international business’ strategies development in regional markets.
  • Recommendations for the development of business environment conditions in the context of deepening international economic cooperation.
  • The mechanisms of free trade zone within Ukraine and the EU formation and implementation.
  • European regional integration strategies of Ukraine in terms of structural changes
  • Prospects of international cluster cooperation development for Ukrainian entities with the EU counterparts
  • International experience, identification of current trends, collection and processing of primary information
  • Issues in the field of trade, investment, scientific, technical and other economic cooperation
