Previous and Current Research
Research area:
From 2012 the research area devoted to formation of social and economic and environmental development model of business forms in agrarian business in Ukraine, implementing international experience.
Current research interests:
- identification of priority trends of institutional support of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine under integration processes;
- determination of priorities innovation development; determination of evaluation and the role of the intellectual capital of domestic enterprises, the impact on the working conditions of its efficiency, favorable business climate in Ukraine;
- evaluation of the efficiency of agricultural enterprises based on indicators integrated system;
- analysis of the impact of the structure of equity and transparency in management decisions and increasing level of corporate type enterprises investment attractiveness in the process of investment and IPO;
- the formation of an effective model of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility in accordance with international standards and best corporate practice.
Future Projects and Goals
- Systematization of international experience in the operation of the integrated agroindustrial corporate structures and other integration forms/ alliances of enterprises;
- ensuring the effectiveness of corporate restructuring programs, improving corporate social responsibility and social investment;
- definition and formation of the most effective measures for state regulation of agriculture, wich aimed at providing favorable conditions for the sustainable development of agricultural production; formation of competitive environment to ensure the competitiveness of the agricultural enterprises and other leading sectors, meeting domestic demand for food and development of industries’ exportel potential ;
- development of adaptation mechanism of agricultural enterprises in terms of European integration;
- research new forms of labor relations, future labor and worker in the globalized information society;
- definition of mutual influence changes in employment and innovation development of economy and society.
