Previous and Current Research

• Development of an effective management strategy for the internationalization of technology transfer in the transnational space for institutional, organizational and information and communication support for the creation of international strategic science-intensive business partnerships of strategic interest to Ukraine and others countries in the context of high-tech development and increasing sustainable competitive and security advantages in the global environment through international network platforms, including the Enterprise Europe Network.

• Development of organizational and economic support for technology transfer and principles of business climate formation in research universities of Ukraine.
Current research interest:
institutional development of financial and credit system of Ukraine; economics and management of higher education, intellectual property, transfer of technology
Research groups
Members of the research group (Novikova I.E., Bedyukh O.R.) passed a number of international scientific and practical internships in the field of innovation management at "IMP³rove - European Innovation Management Academy" (Dusseldorf, Germany, 2018-2020) and technology transfer ("Innovative technologies in science, entrepreneurship and education: European experience", (Vilnius, Lithuania, 2018), "Practice of successful development of entrepreneurial culture in universities: the experience of Martin Luther University" (Halle, Germany, 2018), as a result of which they gained valuable practical experience in establishing a favorable environment for the development of science-intensive academic entrepreneurship.
According to the results of previous research, the authors of the project (Novikova IE, Bedyukh OR, Stepanova AA) comprehensively revealed the theoretical and methodological principles, institutional providing and modern practice of activating technology transfer in research universities around the world. The preconditions for intensification of technological transfer in the post-industrial (knowledge) economy are substantiated, taking into account the best world management practices of research universities. Developed strategic recommendations for improving state regulation of technology transfer in domestic research universities and tools to stimulate academic entrepreneurship in Ukraine. Institutional and organizational measures to intensify the transfer of university technologies in terms of innovative development of the national economy are proposed.
