Work Experience
Basic stages of scientifically pedagogical activity:
1983-1990 - an assistant of the department of automated control systems of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
1986 - Defense of the dissertation of the candidate of technical sciences (PhD, 05.13.06).
1990–1995 - associate professor of the department of automated control systems of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
1993–2000 - Executive Director of the Ukrainian Association for Project Management (http://www.upma.kiev.ua).
1995–2000 - associate professor of the department of Project management of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
2000-2007 - associate professor of the department of Project management of University of Economics and Law "KROK".
2007-2014 - professor and head of the department of Project management of University of Economics and Law "KROK".
From 2014 for a present time – head of the technologies management department (Project management and Information analytics and influences master’s programs) of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Directions of scientific work: Development of corporate project management systems for enterprise development; Development of methods for managing IT projects for the creation of distributed information systems; Construction of adaptive systems of electronic distance learning; Development of methods for managing communications in projects; Development of methods for managing project portfolios; Development of methods for managing project and program configurations; Creation proactive systems for managing complex IT projects; Development of effective training methods for the rapid immersion of personnel in project management.
For the first time in
Ukraine, organized and conducted two all-Ukrainian student Olympiads on project
management. The results of scientific work with students publicities in
scientific articles and presented in scientific conferences.

3. IBRD Project: "Stopping the use of substances that destroy the ozone layer of the Earth." Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, financing by the World Bank (GEF) from the IBRD (1999-2003). Project Manager, Chief Procurement Consultant (Head of Procurement Service).
4. IBRD Project: "Support for Professional Associations". Funding of IBRD. State Property Fund of Ukraine. Project manager, responsible project executor, chief procurement specialist.
