Development of social work in the conditions of reforming local self-government

Previous and Current Research

The purpose of the research is development of model of infrastructure in local communities and implementation social and psychological technologies into the development of municipal centres.

Expected scientific results:

Description and classification of organizational and managerial models of social work in communities.

Development of a model for the creation of state and departmental social-psychological centers and services.

Improvment the methodology for designing the social development of communities.

Creation of methodological recommendations for heads of state social services and non-governmental public organizations of social orientation on the development of technologies of social work in the community.

• 1996 - 2001 - Consultant of the UNO Chornobyl project on organizational and managerial development (UNESCO certificate No. 006).
• Monitoring of Implementation of the Community's Self-Governance and Development Program in Communities Affected by the Chornobyl Catastrophe (2004).
• UNDP Grant "Improving the conditions for the educational socialization of mothers" in the context of the project "Development of Civil Society" (2011)

• Psychological problems of goal setting, structure and functions of consciousness, organizational and managerial counseling, ecological and psychological problems of modern lifestyle, psychology of teaching and education, psychological principles of social work. 2016-2019 – head of the research “Institutionalization of socio-psychological technologies in the practice of social work”
